"A Horse With No Name"

It is with great excitement that I present to you my most recent and final piece in this series: “A Horse With No Name.” Inspired by the legendary song by the band America, this work depicts not only a horse, but also the sense of freedom, introspection, and escape conveyed by that unforgettable 1970s melody.

“On the first part of the journey, I was looking at all the life…”

That line—like the horse with no name—symbolizes the inner journey we all undertake at some point, traversing emotional desert landscapes in search of peace, identity, and purpose.

In this work, I reinterpreted that essence through an Art Deco visual language, combining geometric shapes, warm colors, and vibrant contrasts that evoke movement, strength, and elegance. The horse, the central figure, is both a symbol of power and vulnerability, challenging the notion of having to be “named” to exist.

This piece marks the conclusion of The Art Deco Collection, a series that has been a tribute to the beauty of design, nostalgia, and visual storytelling.
